Future Foundations Hub 1 provides accommodation which delivers 24/7 on-site support and is tailored to meet the varying needs of the young people that we accommodate. 

Hub 1 consists of 16 furnished apartments, a communal laundry room, shared training/recreational rooms and an indoor recreational games area that is currently in development.

We support up to 16 looked-after children and care leavers aged 16 to 18 years old in ring fenced accommodation. We only accept young people who demonstrate a growing sense of independence and readiness to acquire the additional skills for a successful transition into adulthood. 

Our service is specifically designed to cater for individuals who no longer require the level of care or specific environment provided in a children’s home or foster care setting. 

We offer life skills programmes which includes guidance around general housekeeping, healthy eating, money management and social interaction.
